   Vision Statement

Virtual Network Solutions will continue to be a leading provider of technology solutions for communication and access within the enterprise.  By offering proven cutting edge services, we are a valuable resource for our customers to increase their competitive position in their respective markets.

V-NET's goal is to continue build our company within the traditional business model where revenues must exceed expenses. By self-funding our growth through profits, we ensure our own success. In an industry full of fictional and wishful business plans, we believe that our organization, built on a solid foundation and the old fashioned principle of "making money by earning it," can provide our stockholders with a sound and lucrative investment and our employees with a secure and rewarding work environment. Most importantly, our customers are secure in the knowledge that they have chosen a stable and reliable vender built on a rock-solid foundation.

The Internet access industry is thinning, and we think the timing is perfect for a select few companies to emerge as strong leaders. Despite the market we serve, our vision has very little to do with technology and everything to do with solid business principles.

   History

Since 1989, the company and it's affiliates have designed, implemented and supported Accounting/ERP systems, Local Area Networks, and Wide Area Networks for clients as diverse as Nestle, Prestone Products, HIP Health Plan and ASB-ASEA Brown Boveri.

1990 - Became an authorized agent for AT&T's messaging products to offer e-mail and EDI services to our ERP customers.

1995 - Expanded the product line to include all IP services including broadband Internet access and private line services.

1998 - Formed Virtual Network Solutions, Inc. to specifically deal with these new technologies and markets.

1999 - Migrated into the wholesale Internet access market, due primarily to our highly visible relationship with AT&T. Acquired the assets of Beautiful Island, a Michigan-based portal development company.

2000 - Entered into a multi-year agreement with AT&T as an approved aggregator to resell their AGNS wholesale (Private Label) dial access product. Acquired the customers and clients of A-1 Internet that were utilizing the AT&T AGNS network.

2001 - Added Qwest and UUNET to our wholesale dial access product line. Signed a multi-year contract with Sony Corporation to provide wholesale dial access and consulting services for a comprehensive line of Internet-ready devices.

2002 - Became the only remaining significant reseller of AT&T's AGNS network. Renewed Sony contract. Acquired the AT&T customers from Velcero Corporation, the last major reseller of AT&T's AGNS network.

2003 - Added Level 3 and SBC to our wholesale dial service offer. Signed reseller agreement with Covad for DSL and broadband products. Became authorized agents for Qwest and Sprint. Signed a one-year contract extension with Sony Corporation for wholesale Internet access and consulting services.
